Large hoses and no guns.
Our customer used 20mm
hoses with no wash down guns. We changed the 20mm hoses for 12mm, added wash
down guns and saved over 60% of water consumption per year for minimal
outlay combined with improved performance. |

CIP Optimisation – several sites
Following observations of
CIP Operations in a variety of production sites and then made controlled
reductions in rinse durations resulting in large savings in water, energy
effluent and time. Ongoing work will further reduce water & chemical
consumption to give optimum performance |

studies including recycling waste water back to the potable supply and
